TITAN RADIO OUTPOST

The GLOBALSEC Office of Internal affairs has reviewed and agrees with Memoranum #A289. Specifically it has been found that it would be to the benefit of all agencies represented in the coalition to construct an outpost on Titan (a moon of Saturn), and to provision additional communcations equipment with an eye to evaluating the resonance properties of the radio emissions of the Planet Saturn.

A report issued by the Inter-Planetary Aeronautics and Communications Administration (Mem. #A289) has highlighted the notion that the Radio signature of the Planet Saturn is being attenuated and shaped by external forces in a way that is detectable, but not understood.

This addendum mandates the expansion of the communications equipment scope, as well as modifying the crew complement (1) of the mission.

The radio RX/TX capabilities of the project will need to be doubled in scale. In addition, peripheral computer suport for the analysis of signals will need to be increased.
The crew complement on one member is now required to hold Blue Level Security Clearance, and be in a position to act autonimously within the interests of Global Security, and evaluate possible threats to the same.
